Refund policy

All sales conducted with HICO Limited are final. HICO Limited does not honor a return/refund policy. We provide an exchange program with the below parameters:

  • Exchange Claim must be filed within 12 months of the item's purchase
  • Customer must provide photo of faulty piece via email, to hicolmtd@gmail.com, titled "Exchange Claim" 
  • Customer must forward email receipt sent by HICO Limited at the time of transaction in first correspondence
  • Shipping to/from will be paid for by HICO Limited
  • Expected time frame of process may take 10-14 business days
  • Customer must provide a hard copy of the emailed receipt with package being sent for exchange
